Pantheon knows whom you have sold to and what. From that, Ventuma finds companies you have not sold to yet. We take over the customers from Pantheon at setup, and we do not intervene in Pantheon.
What we take over from Pantheon
At setup we need one export: your customers and what each of them bought. You make the export in Pantheon yourself, or we make it together. From it we work out what kind of companies buy from you, and we look for new ones accordingly.
We mark your current customers in Ventuma as customers. The program does not send them the letters meant for new companies.
What we do not do
- We write nothing into Pantheon.
- Invoices, stock and bookkeeping stay in Pantheon.
- We neither replace nor change Pantheon.
Pantheon is a product of Datalab. Ventuma is a standalone program and is not part of Pantheon.

Do we need any add-on for Pantheon?
No. We use the export you make in Pantheon.
Does Ventuma also work with other business software?
Yes. We need a list of customers and what each of them bought, in a spreadsheet or another file. Which program it comes from does not matter.
