Price follows market size.
A bigger market means a bigger list in your segment, so a country's price depends on how many companies that market has.

Every country is priced by its own tier, whatever the order. Slovenia and Poland together: €2,440 + €2,090 = €4,530, the same the other way round.
The tier is set by the number of companies in the country, without sole traders.
Maintenance: €45 per month for the home country (€540 per year) and €25 per month for each extra country, from the first month.
Setup: €290, once per customer.
